Ingredients For a cup of tuna

1 lgonion

1/2bell pepper
-
1/2 cflat leaf parsley

12 1/2 ozcanned tuna
-
1/2 tspred pepper
-
small amount of cooking oil
-
1stalk of celery
-
1/2 cgreen onions, finely chopped

1can, cream of mushroom soup
-
pepper and garlic powder to taste (do not add salt)
How To Make a cup of tuna

1Make sure all vegetables are chopped fine. Approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of cooking oil in pan. When oil is hot, add veggies and saute' till they are wilted. Add the red pepper, black pepper and garlic powder. Cook over a medium heat and stir while cooking.

2When veggies are wilted, add the cream of mushroom soup and the tuna. Mix well, cooking for another 5 minutes.

3Preheat oven 350º. Place mixture in a baking pan sprayed lightly with pam and bake for 30 minutes.

4TOAST CUPS: Place slices of bread into a cupcake pan and bake until lightly brown. FIll with tuna mixture and then bake for another 5 minutes.
