These were made alot for bridal or baby showers where finger foods are so popular.

Ingredients For a cup of tuna

  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1/2
    bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    flat leaf parsley
  • 12 1/2 oz
    canned tuna
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper
  • small amount of cooking oil
  • 1
    stalk of celery
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 1
    can, cream of mushroom soup
  • pepper and garlic powder to taste (do not add salt)

How To Make a cup of tuna

    Make sure all vegetables are chopped fine. Approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of cooking oil in pan. When oil is hot, add veggies and saute' till they are wilted. Add the red pepper, black pepper and garlic powder. Cook over a medium heat and stir while cooking.

    When veggies are wilted, add the cream of mushroom soup and the tuna. Mix well, cooking for another 5 minutes.

    Preheat oven 350º. Place mixture in a baking pan sprayed lightly with pam and bake for 30 minutes.

    TOAST CUPS: Place slices of bread into a cupcake pan and bake until lightly brown. FIll with tuna mixture and then bake for another 5 minutes.
