Ingredients For tomato dip

  • 2 c
    canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1
    garlic clove
  • 3 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch
    fresh basil

How To Make tomato dip

    Season the tomatoes with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.

    Press in garlic and stir in olive oil.

    Set aside a few basil leaves for garnish; finely chop remainder and mix in.

    Divide sauce among 4 small bowls and garnish with basil leaves.
