2 ccanned diced tomatoes

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

1garlic clove

3 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1 bunchfresh basil
How To Make tomato dip

1Season the tomatoes with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.

2Press in garlic and stir in olive oil.

3Set aside a few basil leaves for garnish; finely chop remainder and mix in.

4Divide sauce among 4 small bowls and garnish with basil leaves.
