Ingredients For pineapple cheese ball

2(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2 cchopped pecans divided

1 cancrushed pineapple, drained

2 tspfinely chopped onions
-
1/4 cfinely chopped green pepper

1 tspseasoning salt
-
pineapple, cherries or parsley for garnish
How To Make pineapple cheese ball

1In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

2Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.

3Shape mixture into ball.

4Roll in remaining nuts.

5Wrap in plastic or foil.

6Refrigerate at least 6 hours.

7Garnish with fruit or parsley.
