An easy, healthy way to use up that left-over turkey. Calories: 366 Fat: 10.7 Carbs: about 39.7 depending on what kind of tortillas you use. I used low-carb.

Ingredients For healthy left-over turkey roll-ups

2 cdiced, cooked left-over turkey

3/4 clow-fat cottage cheese

1/2 cdried cranberries

1/4 ccelery, chopped

1pear, cored and cubed

2 Tbspchopped walnuts

1/2 tspgarlic pepper seasoning

410" whole wheat, or low-carb tortillas

lettcue leaves
How To Make healthy left-over turkey roll-ups

1In lg bowl, stir together turkey, cottage cheese, cranberries, celery, pear cubes, walnuts and garlic pepper.

2Place a few lettuce leaves in the center of each tortilla. Top w/ 3/4 cup turkey mix. Fold bottom of tortilla part-way over turkey mix. Fold in sides and roll up.
