An easy, healthy way to use up that left-over turkey. Calories: 366 Fat: 10.7 Carbs: about 39.7 depending on what kind of tortillas you use. I used low-carb.

Ingredients For healthy left-over turkey roll-ups

  • 2 c
    diced, cooked left-over turkey
  • 3/4 c
    low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1
    pear, cored and cubed
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic pepper seasoning
  • 4
    10" whole wheat, or low-carb tortillas
  • lettcue leaves

How To Make healthy left-over turkey roll-ups

    In lg bowl, stir together turkey, cottage cheese, cranberries, celery, pear cubes, walnuts and garlic pepper.

    Place a few lettuce leaves in the center of each tortilla. Top w/ 3/4 cup turkey mix. Fold bottom of tortilla part-way over turkey mix. Fold in sides and roll up.
