2ripe avocados

2 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspground black pepper

How To Make grilled avocado

1Prepare a grill for medium-heat cooking.

2Cut each avocado in half. Carefully pull the halves apart and remove pit.

3Brush cut side of each half with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Drizzle each half with lime juice.

5Place each half, cut side down, on grill, close lid, and cook 90 seconds.

6Open lid and rotate each half 90 degrees, close lid and cook another 90 seconds.

7Remove from grill and serve. Top with pico de gallo, if desired.
