An entry to a contest using only ingedienst that start with the letters L,O,A,G, and N. It can be used as a light lunch, an appetizer, or an afternoon snack for the kids.I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For fruit wraps

1orange peeled and diced
-
1/2 capricots, diced

1nectarine, diced

1/4 tspgaram masala seasoning

4lettuce leaves, i use red leaf lettuce but you can use any type you like.
How To Make fruit wraps

1Combine fruit and Garam Masala in a bowl and stir to coat the fruit. Refrigerate for 30 min.

2Rince lettuce leaves and wrap in a papertowel to dry.

3Scoop 1/4 of the fruit mixture into the lettuce leaf. Fold like a burrito.
