Ingredients For fruit & cheese kabobs

  • 5 c
    fresh fruit (grapes, apples, strawberries, cantalope, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 8 oz
    monterrey jack cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • (7 inch) wooden skewers
  • 1 c
    orange juice for dipping fruit to prevent discoloration
  • ORANGE DIPPING SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    sweet orange marmalade

How To Make fruit & cheese kabobs

  • 1
    Alternate the fruit and cheese cubes on the skewers.
  • 2
    NOTE: Dip the fruit in the juice to prevent discoloration, if needed.
  • 3
    Stir together yogurt and marmalade and serve with kabobs as a dipping sauce.
