Ingredients For fruit & cheese kabobs

5 cfresh fruit (grapes, apples, strawberries, cantalope, cherry tomatoes, etc.)

8 ozcheddar cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes

8 ozmonterrey jack cheese cut into 3/4 inch cubes

(7 inch) wooden skewers
-
1 corange juice for dipping fruit to prevent discoloration
- ORANGE DIPPING SAUCE

1/2 cvanilla yogurt
-
1/4 csweet orange marmalade
How To Make fruit & cheese kabobs

1Alternate the fruit and cheese cubes on the skewers.

2NOTE: Dip the fruit in the juice to prevent discoloration, if needed.

3Stir together yogurt and marmalade and serve with kabobs as a dipping sauce.
