I was so surprised when I saw these on the dessert table at my cousins house in Phoenix,Faye always has something great to surprise us with--she dosen't like to fuss , but always finds the neatest little stores and shops. This is the recipe from that shop (Sweet Little Thang Dessert and Gift Shop). Hope you make them -they were a big hit !

    chocolate bark candy coating, melted

Melt chocolate in microwave, stir every 30 seconds until smooth and fluid. Hold berries by stems and dip in chocolate until within top of berries. Hold over bowl to let excess chocolate drip off; then scrape the bottom of berries against edge of bowl.

Place on prepared waxed paper pan. Repeat with all the berries. Chill in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes;until set.
  • 4
Melt white chocolate the same as above, then pour in a paper cone or plastic bag with a tiny hole cut into the corner. Draw white line on top and bottom of the chocolate then add the laces in the middle to look like a football. Chill until harden, about 15 minutes.
