How To Make cuban bread with tomatoes

1Preheat broiler.

2Arrange bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 minute on each side or until toasted.

3Rub cut sides of garlic clove over one side of each bread slice; drizzle bread evenly with olive oil.

4Top each bread slice with 3 slices tomato, 2 teaspoons cheese, a dash of salt, and a dash of freshly ground black pepper.
