3ripe haas avocados

2eggs beaten

1 cflour

2 cpanko bread crumbs

How To Make avocado wedges

1Preheat oven 400 degrees. line a baking sheet with parcment paper.

2Place eggs, flour and panko in 3 separate shallow dishes. Add salt to panko

3Cut the avocados in half then into wedges. Remove the outer skin dip the wedges in flour then egg then roll in panko

4Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Serve with favorite dip
