This is always nice at Christmas or any time actually. Serve it for get togethers for friends and/or family! Take it to the office.

Ingredients For zesty cheese ball

  • 1 c
    green olive pieces, drained
  • 1 pkg
    12 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    8 oz. container smoke flavored cheddar or processed cheese spread
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • chopped fresh parsley or nuts

How To Make zesty cheese ball

  • 1
    Using processor or mixer with a Grinder disc, grind olives, drained and cheddar cheese cubes.

    Add remaining ingredients to olives and cheese and mix until creamy and well mixed.

    Cover bowl and chill thoroughly. Shape chilled mixture into ball. Roll in parsely or nuts. Serve with assorted crackers or bread sticks.

    HINT: **Allow cheese to reach room temperature before processing.
