Vidalia onions are wonderful!! I just love onions in general. I have nothing but compliments when I make this, and it taste best with the Scoops corn chips!! If everyone eats a little no one will know you smell, cause pigs don't know pigs stink!! :)

How To Make vidalia onion dip

  • 1
Preheat oven to 375. Place cubed cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds, just to soften so it will blend well with others.
  • 2
Once this is warmed, throw your shredded cheeses in with your onion and mayonnaise and mix it all up really good, make sure the cream cheese and mayonnaise is all blended in.
  • 3
Place the mixture in a sprayed 8x8 (1.5 quart) casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve with Frito Lay Scoops corn chips! I have made this in advance the day before, covering it in the fridge and just popped it in the oven before my get together.
