Ingredients For venison cheese ball

1/2 c

Venison Bologna, Finely Chopped
2 pkg

cream cheese, room temperature
1/8 tsp

chives, finely chopped
dash

garlic powder
Walnuts or Pecans, Finely Chopped

How To Make venison cheese ball

Combine in a bowl, Bologna, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

Once combined, roll into a ball form, roll in walnuts or pecans if desired. Then roll in plastic wrap and place in fridge for atleast 2 hours.

Really nice cheese ball with crackers or a nice crusty bruchetta bread.
