I love this dip because of the fresh flavors in it. No beans in a Mexican dip. I got this recipe from a friend a few years back. She had it at one of her parties. Now my family and friends enjoy it. It is a cold dip. This is one of my favorite Mexican dips, and it is very simple. It has fresh flavors. The great thing about this dip is... even if you don't like Mexican food. This dip will please anyone, as long as you use the Mild Salsa in the recipe. If I need to bring a last minute dish to a party. I usually will bring this easy dip. I Hope you love it. I know I do!
