Ingredients For tex mex dip

3 mdripe avocados (or use frozen guacamole dip)

2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 csour cream (8 oz)

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
210 1/2 oz cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
-
1 lgbunch green onions, chopped (approx. 1 cup)
-
3tomatoes, chopped
-
1 pkgsharp shredded chedder cheese ( i use medium)

large round tortilla chips
How To Make tex mex dip

1Combine mashed avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix. To assemble: Spread bean dip on a large shallow serving platter. Next, spread avocado mixture over the bean dip; next spread the sour cream mix over the avocado mix. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with grated cheese. (Optional at this point: Sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped jalapeno peppers) NOTE: Arrange the layers so each layer will be smaller than the preceding one. It will be kind of little borders.
