Ingredients For tex-mex bean dip

1 bunchgreen onions (6 onions), chopped, divided

16 ozrefried beans

1 c(8 ounces) sour cream

8 ozcream cheese, cubed

1 c(4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

1 c(4 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese

4 ozcan of green chilies, chopped
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

tortilla chips
How To Make tex-mex bean dip

1Set aside 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish. In fondue pot or chaffing dish, combine the beans, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, chilies, taco seasoning and remaining green onions.

2Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Garnish with reserved onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

3Note: I put all ingredients into a microwaveable dish, cook until melted/combined. I then put it into a mini crock pot to keep warm.
