Ingredients For tapenade dip

  • 1/2 c
    low-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 1/2 oz
    artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 jar
    3 1/2 oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained & chopped
  • 10
    black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    light mayonnaise
  • crackers or pita chips

How To Make tapenade dip

  • 1
    Combine the mozzarella through pepper together in a bowl. Combine mixture with the mayo.

    Spray a small casserole dish with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until hot.

    Serve warm with crackers, pita chips or your choice.
