Ingredients For taco dip
- DIP BASE

1 pkgcream cheese

16 ozcottage cheese
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
- TOPPINGS

1/2 csalsa

1 smonion, finely chopped

6 ozcheddar cheese, grated

1 1/2 clettuce, shredded

1tomato, diced small
-
sliced black olives to taste
How To Make taco dip

1Mix softened cream cheese, cottage cheese and taco seasning with electric mixer. There will still be tiny lumps of cottage cheese (it doesn't completely puree').

2I spread it on an oval platter and spread a layer of salsa (Renfro's Habanero is great :), but think of others, Lol).

3If you sprinkle the onion on it first, it stays on better. Then put the grated cheese of your liking, shredded or chopped lettuce, the tomato and sliced black olives if you like.

4Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. I like Xochitl (no salt). Mmmmmmmmm!!! I'm hungry. :)
