Mostly sweet, with a tiny bit of salty salami to enhance the sweetness!

Ingredients For sweetie strawberry salami sammie

  • 1
    small yellow onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    figs
  • 1/2 c
    strawberries
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, at room temp
  • 2 slice
    salami
  • 4 slice
    thin bread (i used goldfish honey wheat sandwich bread)

How To Make sweetie strawberry salami sammie

  • 1
    Slice onion into thin strips. Carmelize in butter and brown sugar.

    Dice figs and strawberries. Mix well with cream cheese.

    Build Sandwich: bread, cream cheese, onions and salami.
