My hubby loves melted cheese, and I was trying to come up with new ways of giving him "his fix", and this is one we both love very much.

Ingredients For stuffed bread

1 cgrated cheese. i prefer a mix of cheddar, jarlsberg and parmasan, but you pick your favorites.

1/2 cchopped ham
-
5 Tbspsundried tomatoes, chopped

5 Tbspspring onions, chopped

1loaf of bread
-
italian seasoning to taste
How To Make stuffed bread

1Cut the top of the loaf, and dig out as much as possible of the loaf without breaking the crust. Save 1/3 of the bread, the rest you can save for other cooking projects, or give it to the birds ;o)

2Crumble the bread in a bowl, and mix it together with the cheese, ham, tomatoes, spring onions and seasoning.

3Stuff the mix back into the loaf.

4Bake the loaf at 350 F / 180 C, for about 20 minutes. Enjoy :o)
