Ingredients For stromboli

  • 1 pkg
    pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
  • 1/8 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 lb
    genoa salami, sliced
  • 1/2 lb
    provolone, sliced
  • 1/2 lb
    pepperoni, sliced (i did not use this time)
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil

How To Make stromboli

    SPRINKLE FLOUR ON FLAT WORK SURFACE. STRETCH OUT PIZZA DOUGH TO FORM A RECTANGLE FLIP TO GET FLOUR ON OTHER SIDE N SLICE INTO 4 PIECES.

    NOW CUT DOUGH INTO 16 PIECES N LAY ONE SLIGHTLY FITTED PIECE OF SALAMI N PROVOLONE N ROLL UP ON THE DIAGONAL.(U CAN ADD A SLICE OF PEPPERONI TOO)

    COMBINE ITALIAN SEASONING, GARLIC POWDER, PARM CHEESE N RED PEPPER FLAKES IN SMALL BOWL. BRUSH EACH ROLLED UP STOMBOLI WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH SEASONING MIXTURE...PRESSING LIGHTLY.

    BAKE IN PREHEATED 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED....ENJOY :)
