1/2 cmayo (preferably duke’s)

1 cextra-sharp cheddar cheese shredded

1 cwhite cheddar cheese shredded

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/4 tsponion powder

1/4 tspdry mustard

1/2 tspground cayenne pepper

2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspmirin (optional)

1(4 ounce) jar diced pimentos drained

How To Make southern pimento cheese

1In a stand mixer, using a paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth and creamy. Add the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mirin (optional); beat just until blended. Stir in pimentos. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
