Made this up for a get together and it was loved. Has a little snap but not too hot, hence the name.

Ingredients For snappy cheese ball

1 - 8 ozcream cheese softened

2 Tbspbutter softened

2 csharp cheddar cheese

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tsptabasco

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspdry mustard

1 tspbasil, dried

1 tsporegano, dried

1 tspcrushed red pepper

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2lemon juiced

2 Tbspparsley flakes - optional
How To Make snappy cheese ball

1Mix everything except sharp cheddar cheese for 1 minute with mixer then add sharp cheddar cheese and mix for 2 minutes.

2Line a bowl with plastic wrap and scape cheese ball mixture into bowl wrapping plastic wrap tightly around the cheese ball. Set in fridge for at least 4 hours.

3Roll in parsley if desired.
