Make restaurant-quality queso with little effort by following this simple slow cooker recipe. It's as easy as adding the ingredients to the slow cooker and stirring until the cheese is thick and gooey. White American cheese gives this queso a creamy consistency, while pepper jack adds a little spice. We used a 1.5-quart slow cooker with a liner to prevent burning. (If the cheese burns, it will change the consistency.) This recipe can be doubled if serving a crowd.
