I've been making these around Christmas for years and everyone loves them, they work well also when my husband needs something to take to an office party.

Ingredients For sausage cheese balls

32 ozbob evans uncooked sausage

1 1/2 cbisquick
-
16 ozshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make sausage cheese balls

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Mix all ingredients

3Form into 1 inch balls

4Bake 20 minutes until golden brown

5Makes approximately 6 dozen

6For firmer texture add 3 extra cups of Bisquick and 2 extra cups of cheddar cheese to the ingredients

7Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked for later use
