I've been making these around Christmas for years and everyone loves them, they work well also when my husband needs something to take to an office party.

Ingredients For sausage cheese balls

  • 32 oz
    bob evans uncooked sausage
  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 16 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make sausage cheese balls

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

    Mix all ingredients

    Form into 1 inch balls

    Bake 20 minutes until golden brown

    Makes approximately 6 dozen

    For firmer texture add 3 extra cups of Bisquick and 2 extra cups of cheddar cheese to the ingredients

    Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked for later use
