Ingredients For sausage balls

  • 1 lb
    mild sausage
  • 3 c
    biscuit mix
  • 10 oz
    package of shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make sausage balls

  • 1
    Cook the sausage until its ALMOST done, then let the cheese & sausage reach room temperature. Mix with the biscuit mix and roll into 1/2 inch balls.
