Serve with tortilla chips or toasted french bread slices. I have made this for many parties and gatherings and I can't tell you how good it is the next day because there is never any left even when I have doubled it for a larger crowd. Great appetizer for your Vegan friends.

1 7oz jarroasted red peppers drained and diced

3/4 lbshredded monterey jack cheese

1 8oz pkgcream cheese softened

1 cmayonnaise

1 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspprepared dijon mustard
How To Make roasted red pepper dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2In a small baking dish, mix the roasted red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and Dijon-style mustard.

3Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.
