I saw this recipe on another site and being a sauerkraut lover and dip lover, I couldn't wait to try it. I love it! *** Options *** You can microwave it instead in a shallow microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. I also make it with Russian Dressing, too-

Ingredients For reuben-style cracker spread

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 c
    thousand island dressing
  • 1/4 lb
    deli-style corned beef (chopped)
  • 3/4 c
    well-drained sauerkraut (squeezed)
  • 8 oz
    thick sliced swiss cheese (chopped)
  • 1 box
    triscuit deli-style rye crackers

How To Make reuben-style cracker spread

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix cream cheese and dressing in medium bowl; stir in all remaining ingredients except crackers.

    Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or shallow dish.

    Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Serve warm with crackers.
