This is a "spicY' southwest recipe, but you can modify by putting in less cayenne. A simple version is to pour raspberry chipotle sauce on top of a block of cream cheese for a quick and easy appetizer.

Ingredients For raspberry chipotle cheese ball

2 csharp cheddar cheese - shredded

1/2 cchopped green onions

1 cmayonnaise

1 1/2 cchopped pecans (divided)

1 tspcayenne red pepper

1 bottleraspberry chipotle sauce (8 oz)

1 boxbig wheat thin crakers
How To Make raspberry chipotle cheese ball

1Mix cheddar cheese, mayonaise, chopped green onions, cayenne pepper and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans in bowl.

2Form into ball and roll in the balance of the pecans (1 cup) and refrigerate several hours or overnight

3Pour Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over the top and serve with crackers on the side. Wheat crackers work well, but can use whatever is desired.
