This is the easiest, tastiest, and quickest appetizer you'll ever make and everybody loves it. I've been making these for 30 years and they're always a hit at any event I take them too Did I say FAST, too? Great for a Holiday weekend.

Ingredients For quick parmesan toasts

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2
    scallions, green tops only
  • 1
    Publix 5 grain Italian baguette or sliced bread loaf
  • sun-dried tomatoes, optional

How To Make quick parmesan toasts

  • 1
    Slice the baguette into thin circles. Spread melted butter (or a combination of olive oil and butter) on one side of each slice and toast in a 375 degree oven until golden brown. Watch closely.

    While the bread is toasting, combine the Parmesan, mayonnaise, and scallion tops.

    Spread the mayo mixture on the toast rounds.

    Pop back into the oven until cheese is brown and bubbly.
