    sharp cheddar cheese , grated
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    brandy
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • dash of tabasco sauce

How To Make potted cheese

    Combine all ingredients, mix well, chill and serve with crackers. Makes 6 servings.
