It is nice to have these make-a-head appetizers in the fridge so that I can greet guests. These are easy and very tasty!!

Ingredients For poco cheese snacks

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

3 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

1 Tbspgreen onion, chopped

1 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls

butter, melted
How To Make poco cheese snacks

1Preheat oven to 400

2combine first 3 ingrediants in mixing bowl.

3Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 4 rectangles.

4Brush each with melted butter. Spread filling evenly over dough. Starting at long end, roll each rectangle like a jelly roll.

5Cut each roll into 8 to 10 segments. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 10 - 12 minutes. Serve warm.

6These can be prepared a couple of hours ahead and put in refrige and baked just before serving.
