Ingredients For pizza fondue

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 bottle
    pizza sauce - 12 to 15 ounce
  • 1 md
    onion, finely diced
  • 12 oz
    shredded mozzarella cheese (or more)
  • 4 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese (or more)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil for sauteeing onion
  • 1 md
    french bread, cut into bite size cubes or breadsticks

How To Make pizza fondue

    Chop the onion in very fine mince and sauté in olive oil. Brown the meat, drain, then put in fondue pot. Add onion and pizza sauce. Add cheeses one handful at a time, stirring. Add a bouillon cube for an even beefier taste.

    Dip from the fondue pot or individual bowls. Cubes of toasted French bread or Garlic Breadsticks are the perfect dippers.

    Keep at serving temperature in crock pot set on warm or in fondue pot.
