Many years ago, someone in the family collected recipes from descendants of my great grandparents, William M. and Florence E. (Snodgrass) Whaley and had them compiled into a cookbook. I am posting those recipes here so that they will not be lost. This recipe was submitted by my great-aunt Maxine Barnam.

Ingredients For pinwheels

16 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 pkghidden valley original ranch mix

2green onions, minced
-
1/2 cdiced celery
-
1/2 cdiced red pepper

1 canblack olives, drained and sliced

412- inch flour tortillas
How To Make pinwheels

1Mix cream cheese and salad dressing mix.

2Spread on tortillas.

3Sprinkle on remaining ingredients.

4Roll and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Chill 2 hours.

5Cut off ends of rolls; slice in 1-inch slices. Makes 36 slices.
