This is my sister-in-laws recipe but she said I could post it. She makes this every year for Christmas. And trust me I wish it was christmas everyday!!!!

Ingredients For pineapple cheese ball

  • 2
    8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1
    8 1/2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2 c
    chopped (amonds) or chopped (pecans) take out one cup for outside of cheese ball.
  • 1/4 c
    cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onions
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt

How To Make pineapple cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients except half the nuts. Shape into a ball and cover the outside with remaining nuts. chill. BEST IF CHILLED AT LEAST 5 TO 6 HOURS BEFORE SERVING OR OVERNIGHT.
