This is my sister-in-laws recipe but she said I could post it. She makes this every year for Christmas. And trust me I wish it was christmas everyday!!!!

Ingredients For pineapple cheese ball

28 ounce package of cream cheese (softened)

18 1/2 can crushed pineapple (drained)

2 cchopped (amonds) or chopped (pecans) take out one cup for outside of cheese ball.

1/4 ccup chopped green pepper

2 Tbspchopped onions

1 tspseasoned salt
How To Make pineapple cheese ball

1Mix all ingredients except half the nuts. Shape into a ball and cover the outside with remaining nuts. chill. BEST IF CHILLED AT LEAST 5 TO 6 HOURS BEFORE SERVING OR OVERNIGHT.
