Ingredients For pigs in a blanket with brie dip

eight ozwheel of brie

2premade pie crusts

1 clovegarlic minced
-
1/2 tspchopped fresh chives

1/2 tspchopped fresh parsley

36cocktail sausages
-
1egg yolk beaten
-
scattersesame and poppy seeds
How To Make pigs in a blanket with brie dip

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2Cut off top of Brie and set in the middle of one pie crust.

3Sprinkle with the herb and garlic mixture, and put the top back on. Place the second pie crust over the brie.

4Press the pie crust across the top and down the sides of the Brie.

5Cut even sized strips all around the brie, like the sun, making 18 strips.

6Take one sausage, place it on a pie crust strip and roll up. Continue until all the sausages are used up.

7Beat egg yolk and brush over crust, sprinkle the seeds over all.

8Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.

9Allow to cool 5 to 10 minutes, then cut the top off.
