These are delicious little pepperoni and cheese bites. I make these for the daughters school lunch.. Great for a party or anytime. I also freeze them. You might want to double the batch, they will be gone in no time... Enjoy! My photo's

Ingredients For pepperoni pizza poppers

3/4 cflour

3/4 cmilk

1egg

3/4 tspbaking powder

4 ozpepperoni, diced

2 ozshredded mozzarella
-
2 ozshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tspdried basil or italian seasoning

warmed pizza sauce for dipping
How To Make pepperoni pizza poppers

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2In a bowl add the flour and baking powder. Stir in the milk and the beaten egg. Add mozzarella, basil and pepperoni.

3Spray a 24 count mini muffin pan with cooking spray. ( or two 12 count muffin pans ).

4Spoon even portions, about 1 teaspoon per muffin cup.

5Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favorite pizza sauce or marinara. You can also use whatever cheese you prefer. We like the taste of the cheddar and mozzarella combined.
