This cheeseball looks very pretty with a green pepper bow, and tastes great with the 2 cheeses!

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    onion, minced
  • 1/4 c
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar
  • green pepper
  • crackers

How To Make party cheese ball, mom

  • 1
    Place cheeses in small mixer bowl. Let stand at room temperature until softened. Add onion and Worcestershire, blend on low, then medium until fluffy, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Cover. Chill 8 hours. Shape into large ball. Top with green pepper cut to make a bow shape. Serve with crackers.
