This is a large cheeseball that is especially good at holidays. I put these cheeses together a long time ago and along with the garlic and onion it's a favorite of family and friends and a good combination. I've been bringing it to events for probably over 20 yrs by request. Find that it's even better if you make it couple days ahead of time... enjoy!

Ingredients For party cheese ball

3 pkg8 ounce (brick) philadelphia cream cheese

18 or 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese spread

1 jarold english spread cheese (kraft 5 oz)

1 jarpimento cheese spread (kraft 5 oz)

1medium onion chopped by hand

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 dashpepper
-
1large bag of chopped pecans or nuts of choice
How To Make party cheese ball

1Keep all cheeses in refrigerate before making. Add all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.... i find using my hands work best and blends it better.

2When all blended well, form to a ball and wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate overnight or until day you are serving it.

3Pour bag of pecans or whatever nuts you want on wax paper. Roll cheese ball on the nuts and serve or wrap in foil and refrigerate for later.
