4 ozlight cream cheese, room temperature

4 ozsharp cheddar cheese, shredded plus more for topping

2 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 tspchili powder

1/2 tspground cumin

1/2 tspsmoked paprika

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 Tbspfinely chopped chives

6 lgjalapeño peppers, halved, seeded, and ribs removed

1/3 cpanko® breadcrumbs

1 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make oven baked jalapeÑo poppers

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat; set aside.

2In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder and chives. Stir until nicely blended.

3Evenly stuff the jalapeño peppers with the cream cheese mixture; sprinkle a little more cheddar cheese over top.

4In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Top off the peppers with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently to adhere.

5Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.

6Remove from the heat and let the stuffed peppers sit for 10 minutes before serving.
