2/3 cfinely chopped walnuts

1/3 ccrumbled blue cheese

1 Tbspfinely snipped fresh parsley

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 pkg(1 crust) folded refrigerated unbaked piecrust

1 Tbspmilk

2 tspgrated parmesan cheese

finely snipped fresh parsley
How To Make nutty blue cheese rolls

1In a medium bowl, mix together walnuts, blue cheese, 1 Tbsp. parsley, and pepper.

2On a lightly floured surface, unfold piecrust according to package directions. Spread filling evenly over the crust. Cut pastry circle into 12 wedges. Starting at wide ends, loosely roll up wedges.

3Place rolls, tips down, on greased baking sheets. Brush rolls lightly with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional parsley.

4Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm.
