SO I was looking to make a cheesecake (my favorite) and I found many many recipes I just didn't care to turn my oven on today so I made this one and yes NO GELATIN :)

Ingredients For no bake cheesecake the easy way__bebita

  • 8 oz
    1 small tub of thawed whip cream
  • 2 pkg
    8 ounce cream cheese bars , room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    sugar you can use less if you want
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract i used i tablespoon
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust

    MAKE SURE BOTH CREAM CHEESE AND WHIP CREAM ARE ROOM TEMPERATURE OR THAWED. OR YOU WILL HAVE A MESS IN YOUR HANDS

    Whip cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until fluffy. Add thawed whip cream and whip. Add this mixture to the graham cracker pie crust.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set, I myself put this in the freezer to set faster :)
