Ingredients For mummy peppers

6cubanell peppers

8 ozsoftened cream cheese

8 ozpepper jack

1/2 tspgarlic powder or 2 cloves fresh, crushed

2scallions diced fine

1 canpillsbury dough sheet
How To Make mummy peppers

1Let cream cheese soften.
While that's softening, slice and clean your peppers. -
2Mix all filling ingredients and fill peppers.
About a heaping Tablespoon per pepper half. -
3Cut dough into long skinny strips.
Wrap peppers. -
4Place on parchment lined cooking sheet.
B as we at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
