Ingredients For mini reubens

  • 24 slice
    party-size rye bread, toasted lightly
  • 1/2 c
    thousand island dressing
  • 16 oz
    can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 12
    thin slices corned beef, halved
  • 12
    thin slices swiss cheese, halved

How To Make mini reubens

  • 1
    On each toast slice, spread dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef and cheese. Place on cookie sheet and broil until cheese melts. Makes 2 dozen.
