Ingredients For mini cheddar ham cups

8 ozcheddar cheese, finely shredded

6 ozdeli ham slices, thin & chopped

3/4 cmayonnaise
-
1/3 cbacon bits
-
2-3 tspdijon mustard
-
12 ozlarge refrig. flaky biscuits
How To Make mini cheddar ham cups

1In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, mayo, bacon, and mustard.

2Split biscuits into thirds. Press one each in ungreased miniature muffin tin pan (dough should go up the sides).

3Fill each with about 1 T. of cheese mixture. Bake at 450 for 9-11 min. or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing from pans. Serve warm. Yields 2-1/2 dozen.
