    low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp
    low-fat salsa
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 4 md
    whole wheat tortillas (6-inch in size)
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat montery jack cheese

How To Make mexican salsa roll-ups

    Stir together the cream cheese, salsa and chili powder until well blended.

    Divide filling evenly among the tortillas, and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the filling.

    Roll up each tortilla tightly. Cut each rolled tortilla crosswise into 5 slices.

    Transfer slices to a large serving platter. Cover platter with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve.
