Newly married and looking to build my own cookbook of family favorites, the hubby's aunt slipped me this recipe. "It's a requested favorite when I have to bring something to a party", she said. And, she was right - it's simple, but the flavors meld into something addicting. We re-tried it recently, to see if it was still magical (it is), but ended up with a lot of leftovers - so we used it as a base for pizza (like, instead of a red sauce). And THAT was fantastic, too!

Ingredients For mexican rollups

8 ozsour cream (greek yogurt?)

8 ozcream cheese

1 small canchopped ripe olives

1 small canchopped green chilies

8 ozshredded cheddar cheese

green onions, chopped

1 tspgarlic salt

1 tspseasoning salt

5 lgtortillas
How To Make mexican rollups

1Mix first 8 ingredients.

2Spoon approximately 1/2 cup of mixture onto tortilla. Spread evenly over 2/3 of tortilla. Roll tortilla up. Wrap in a wet paper towel.

3Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

4Unwrap tortilla rolls and slice into 1/2" pieces. Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
