Ingredients For mexican pinwheels

  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz, cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can
    4 1/2 oz, chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 can
    2 1/2 oz, sliced black olives (optional)
  • 2/3 c
    chopped green onions
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 8
    8" tortillas
  • salsa

How To Make mexican pinwheels

  • 1
    Combine first 9 ingredients. Spread 1/2 cup mixture over each tortilla; roll up, jellyroll fashion. Wrap each one separately & chill up to 8 hours before serving. Unwrap each roll and cut into 12 slices about 3/4" thick. Serve with salsa.
