Ingredients For mexican pinwheels

2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 csour cream
-
1 pkg8 oz, cream cheese, softened

1 can4 1/2 oz, chopped green chiles, drained

1 can2 1/2 oz, sliced black olives (optional)

2/3 cchopped green onions
-
1 clovegarlic
-
1/4 tspseasoned salt
-
black pepper to taste

88" tortillas

salsa
How To Make mexican pinwheels

1Combine first 9 ingredients. Spread 1/2 cup mixture over each tortilla; roll up, jellyroll fashion. Wrap each one separately & chill up to 8 hours before serving. Unwrap each roll and cut into 12 slices about 3/4" thick. Serve with salsa.
