The is been a great go to dip for years. It is super easy and can be changed up so easily to suit any taste. I tend to make a large pan of this and if there is plenty left over it makes a great addition to homemade burritos by just adding fajita meat and dip to a soft tortilla and spreading the dip over it and bake.

Ingredients For mexican layer dip

  • 2 can
    refried beans
  • 2 pkg
    avocado dip
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    picante sauce
  • 8 oz
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz
    grated pepper jack cheese
  • 1 bunch
    chopped green onions
  • 2 sm
    diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz
    sliced black olives (optional)

How To Make mexican layer dip

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Layer all ingredients.

    Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. You can add seasoned ground beef or prepared tamales as a layer to make this a heavier snack.
