1/2 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 cmilk

2 cmonterey jack-colby cheese blend, shredded

1 pkg3 oz, cream cheese, softened

1/2 csalsa, chunky

1 can4 oz, chopped green chilies

dash hot pepper sauce

How To Make mexican cheese dip

1In 1 1/2 quart round microwavable casserole dish, combine onion and butter. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until onion is tender.

2Stir in cornstarch and milk. Microwave at high for 2-3 minutes or until thickened, stirring once.

3Add shredded cheese, cream cheese, salsa, chilies, and hot pepper sauce. Microwave on high for 2-4 minutes, or until cheeses are melted, stirring once to blend thoroughly. Serve with taco chips.
